Hey, happy Monday, everybody. It's June 24th, 2024. I'm back today. Just making a short video. I hope you all had a fantastic weekend and are ready to tackle this new week with energy and enthusiasm. It's always good to start the week on a positive note, setting the tone for the days ahead. Let's dive right into what I have for you today.
I'm not going to talk about any direct mortgage topics. I've just been seeing a lot of people posting on social media on my end of the business. A lot of real estate agents out there struggling, not knowing where the next deal is going to come from. It's a tough time for many, and the uncertainty can be overwhelming. But remember, challenges are a part of this journey, and they often bring out the best in us when we rise to meet them.
One thing I can tell you is this. I've been doing this my entire adult life, since I was 18 years old, through college. I just turned 48. And the one thing I can say is you just, you can't listen to the noise. You have to put your head down and just keep moving forward and do what you know you're supposed to do. Consistency and perseverance are key. Over the years, I've seen many ups and downs in the market, but those who stay focused and keep pushing forward are the ones who succeed.
Whether that's a social media presence, you know, have a good CRM in place, follow up calls, calls in general or if your big thing is referral groups, you know, continue to do these things and keep moving forward. Adapt and innovate, but never lose sight of the basics that drive your success. Building strong relationships and maintaining clear communication with your clients and partners can make all the difference.
It doesn't matter where rates are at. It doesn't matter who's in the White House. It doesn't matter, you know, what kind of market we're in, right? People are always going to need homes and you just have to do your job and that, and that doesn't just go for the mortgage industry. This principle applies to all sectors. Focus on what you can control, deliver value, and trust that your efforts will pay off in the long run.
That's sales in general. You can't listen to the noise. You just have to, like I said, keep moving forward and don't let all that other stuff influence you. Stay true to your goals and your methods. Every day brings new opportunities to learn, grow, and make a difference. Keep your vision clear and your actions steady, and success will follow.
Hopefully one of you out there will hear this today and maybe get some inspiration and go from there! So that's all I got for you guys. Have a great week. Stay positive, stay focused, and remember that every step forward, no matter how small, is progress. Let's make this week amazing!
